Simple tips to be healthy

Regular Exercise : Daily 30minutes of daily exercise and aerobics can do wonders for our body. Daily Excercise is compulsory to keep us healthy and happy. Also suggestable for Swimming, Cycling, Running and walking are best ways to burn excess calaries to reduce our body fat.

Avoid Lift and take Stairs : If you have a option of Lift, kindly avoid it. You have the opportunity to exercise during the day by way of stairs instead of a elevator while you go up and down and it is suggested for only couple of floors or max 3-5 floors or as per your comfort.

Stop Alcohol and Smoking : Stop smoking and alcohol immediately to be healthy and it can lead to various diseases and illness to your body. Drinking and smoking habits would be highly risky and may be easy to get these diseases Cancer, Heart Attack, High Bloog pressure and diabetes.

Positive  Thinking :Your soul or body attract to your mood and state of mind. If you are unhappy person is more prone to fatigue and other illness. Always have a positive lifestyle and be happy and healthy.
